Job Description
Don Quester Consulting seeks a full-time Pastries Baker to produce high-quality pastries and desserts for Ojota Supermarket. Responsibilities include preparing meat pies, sausage rolls, doughnuts and assorted desserts according to recipes, portion control and production plans; monitoring baking temperatures, presentation and consistency; supporting daily and seasonal menus; and maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, safety and stock control to minimize waste.
- Requirements: SSCE or equivalent; pastry/catering training and prior baking experience preferred; creative, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about food safety.
- Compensation: ₦80,00–₦100,00 per month. Work location: in person.
