Job Description
Catilas Resources Limited seeks a dedicated IT Support Officer to deliver first‑line technical assistance and maintain reliable IT operations. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues; installing and configuring systems and peripherals; monitoring system performance and security; performing routine backups and updates; and provisioning new users and access rights.
- Qualification: OND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Skills: foundational hardware, software, and networking knowledge; strong troubleshooting and communication abilities; able to work independently and collaboratively
