Job Description
Swift Consulting seeks a dependable Order and Inventory Specialist for an e-commerce client. The role involves performing regular stock counts, reconciling discrepancies, monitoring inventory levels, processing and verifying online orders, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and dispatch, coordinating with logistics, updating order statuses, managing delays, and handling returns, replacements, and cancellations.
- Conduct inventory audits and resolve discrepancies
- Process and verify orders, oversee fulfillment accuracy
- Coordinate shipments and communicate updates to stakeholders
Candidates must hold an HND or BSc. E-commerce or inventory experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory/order management software, the ability to multitask under pressure, and excellent communication and teamwork skills are required.
