Job Description
Devien Consult, a human resources consultancy, seeks a full-time Facility Supervisor for a residential apartment complex on Lekki Conservation Road, Lagos. The successful candidate will manage daily facility operations and maintenance, ensuring electrical, plumbing, and building systems operate safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate technicians and external vendors, perform routine inspections, and maintain maintenance records and inventory.
- Respond promptly to operational issues and emergencies, and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Requirements: OND/HND or equivalent in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field; proven facility/property supervision experience (residential experience preferred); basic electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance knowledge; strong supervisory, coordination, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.
