Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Operations Assistant to support the Head of Operations and departmental managers. This full-time role coordinates meetings and minutes, manages correspondence, oversees filing and expense processes, and assists with project rollouts such as store openings and system implementations.
- Track timelines, prepare status reports, and coordinate stakeholders
- Compile operational data, build dashboards, and maintain KPI trackers
- Document SOPs, create process guides and training materials
- Support procurement, inventory, event logistics, and ad-hoc tasks
Salary: ₦250,00/month. Benefits: HMO, pension, and 13th month pay. Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are required.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
- No Criminal Record
