Job Description
Cr8 Careers is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee crop and livestock operations, enhance productivity, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role involves planning and coordinating planting and harvesting, developing schedules and budgets, and implementing sustainable practices to improve profitability.
- Monitor crop yields, animal health, and environmental conditions; apply corrective measures as needed
- Lead and train farm staff; manage contractors and seasonal labor
- Maintain equipment, control inventory and expenses, and keep accurate records
- Coordinate with agronomists and veterinarians and market products to buyers
Full-time. Salary: ₦80,00–₦100,00 per month.
