Job Description
Royal Mills and Foods Limited seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative to deliver professional, empathetic, and prompt support across phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will acknowledge and resolve customer concerns, maintain comprehensive product knowledge, and accurately document interactions.
- Respond to inquiries and complaints with a positive, professional demeanor
- Process orders, forms, applications, and service requests
- Keep precise records of transactions and communications

Competitive salary: ₦80,00–₦100,00 per month. One year of customer service experience is preferred.
