Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, correspondence, and project coordination. The successful candidate will have 3+ years supporting C-level executives, excellent communication, strong organizational skills, discretion with confidential matters, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
- Manage CEO schedule and prepare concise briefing materials
- Coordinate meetings, travel logistics, and follow up on action items
- Support special projects and maintain professionalism under pressure
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree preferred, proven multitasking ability, keen attention to detail, and reliable professionalism.
