Job Description
Adkan Services Nigeria Limited invites applications for a full-time Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimating, budgeting, BOQ preparation, contract administration, and tendering for construction and civil projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost control and contractual compliance.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, or related field; 3–5 years’ relevant experience.
- Skills: strong numerical and analytical abilities; proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g., CostX, WinQS).
- Knowledge: construction methods, materials, applicable regulations; NIQS registration or in progress.
- Attributes: excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
