Job Description
Sunrise Universal Integrated is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves greeting customers, assisting with product selection, answering inquiries, providing purchasing guidance, and professionally resolving complaints to maintain a positive shopping environment.
- Qualifications: OND, NCE, or SSCE/NECO
- Minimum 2 years of retail cashiering experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; basic computer literacy
- Reliable, personable, and committed to fostering a friendly customer experience
