Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and maintain exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include staff scheduling and training, cost control, inventory and supplier coordination, and strict enforcement of food safety and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of restaurant management experience, demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills, proficiency with POS systems, and the flexibility to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
