Job Description
Our client, an Islamic lifestyle brand, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Assistant to support daily operations and customer relations.
- Respond promptly to Instagram, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries; maintain store presentation.
- Prepare and fulfill orders, coordinate with delivery agents, and confirm payments and deliveries.
- Provide quotes, check product availability, and enforce company policies.
Requirements: excellent verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail, proven customer service skills, ability to work long hours under pressure, flexibility, and good organizational and digital abilities.
Schedule: 4 days per week (rotating). Salary: ₦90,00/month.
