Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Team Lead to drive revenue, cultivate client relationships, and oversee a small sales team. The successful candidate will establish targets, develop go-to-market strategies, and monitor performance to achieve company objectives.
- Coach and mentor sales representatives; set clear goals and KPIs
- Prospect and prioritize key accounts; negotiate and close deals
- Report sales metrics and refine strategies based on performance
