Job Description
One Step Ahead seeks a professional Full-Time Front Desk Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers at our Lagos office. The role requires managing access control, incoming calls, mail distribution, visitor logs, and routine clerical duties while maintaining a welcoming and orderly reception area.
- Enforce health and security protocols; support general administrative tasks
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, discreet, and proficient in Microsoft Office
