Job Description
We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to lead talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations. You will design and execute recruitment strategies, manage onboarding, oversee performance management, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role advises managers on HR matters, implements training and development programs, conducts employee investigations, and drives initiatives to improve engagement and retention. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive HR experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with HRIS and payroll processes. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and certification such as SHRM-CP are preferred.
