Job Description
Vodstra Ltd seeks an experienced Facility Manager based in Lagos to oversee property maintenance, vendor and contractor coordination, tenant relations, safety and security, budgeting and contract negotiation, renovation supervision, regulatory compliance, team leadership, and accurate record-keeping. This full-time role offers a monthly salary of ₦250,00–₦400,00.
- Qualifications: B.Sc. in Real Estate Management, Urban & Regional Planning, Engineering, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 8 years post-qualification with proven estate or residential-apartment management
- Skills: Strong project management, communication, and leadership abilities
