Job Description
We are seeking a PU Chemical Sales Manager to lead regional sales of polyurethane chemicals and formulations. The successful candidate will develop and implement market strategies, manage key accounts, drive revenue growth, and collaborate closely with R&D and operations to deliver technically sound, customer-focused solutions.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline; 5+ years in specialty chemical sales (polyurethane experience preferred).
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge, proven B2B industrial sales track record, negotiation and team leadership abilities, and willingness to travel.
