Job Description
Adron Homes and Properties Ltd is seeking a Head of Land Acquisition to lead land sourcing and acquisition efforts in Abuja. The role entails conducting feasibility studies, performing due diligence, negotiating with landowners and stakeholders, overseeing legal documentation, and securing regulatory approvals. You will develop acquisition strategies that support company growth, manage the acquisition team, and cultivate strong stakeholder relationships.
- Qualification: degree in Estate Management, Land Surveying, Urban & Regional Planning, Law, or a related field
- Experience: minimum 7 years in land acquisition or real estate
- Skills: excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities; in-depth knowledge of Abuja land laws and regulatory processes
