Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Collection Officer to manage follow-up with due and overdue customers to ensure timely repayment of principal and interest receivables. Using legally compliant channels—phone, SMS, and online platforms—you will remind customers of obligations, negotiate repayment arrangements, and maintain accurate account records.
