Job Description
Blume Distribution Limited seeks a proactive, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to manage full-cycle recruitment. Responsibilities include job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and conducting background checks. You will partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines, support employer branding, and maintain recruitment trackers and Excel dashboards.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 3–6 years’ recruitment/HR experience (FMCG advantage); advanced Excel and strong communication skills.
- Personal attributes: professional, analytical, organized, energetic, and team-oriented.
- Compensation: N200,00–N300,00/month.
