Job Description
STANEL GROUP in Awka seeks a motivated Junior Commis to support senior chefs in a professional, fast-paced kitchen. Responsibilities include food preparation, chopping, peeling, basic cooking, plating, garnishing, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. The role requires learning standard kitchen procedures and collaborating with the culinary team to ensure efficient service.
Qualifications: basic cooking knowledge, strong communication and teamwork skills, physical stamina for long hours and lifting, and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes. Full-time position.
