Job Description
GText Holdings invites applications for a friendly, patient Part‑Time Customer Service Representative to support operations on the Island. The successful candidate will promptly respond to customer inquiries, manage and resolve complaints, maintain accurate customer records, and consistently deliver a positive customer experience.
Preferred qualifications: prior customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a polite and calm customer‑focused demeanor, and basic computer proficiency.
- Schedule: flexible — 15 days per month
- Compensation: ₦150,00 per month
