Job Description
We seek a Relationship Officer to manage and expand client portfolios while delivering exceptional service. You will cultivate strong client relationships, identify cross‑sell opportunities, resolve inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Handle client onboarding, prepare reports, and support business development.
- Achieve performance targets and ensure timely, professional client support.
- Qualifications: bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1–3 years in banking, financial services, or client-facing roles.
