Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Fraud Risk to lead our fraud prevention strategy and manage a team responsible for detecting, investigating, and mitigating financial and operational fraud. You will design controls, deploy advanced analytics and machine learning models, oversee case investigations, and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Product teams.
- Develop risk frameworks, set KPIs, and report to senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Required: 8+ years in fraud risk or financial crime, strong analytical and leadership skills, experience with fraud detection tools, data analysis, and cross-functional program delivery
