Job Description
We seek a Credit & Risk Operations Specialist to manage the credit lifecycle, monitor portfolio risk, process loan documentation, and ensure adherence to policies and SLAs. Key duties include analyzing credit data, reconciling accounts, supporting risk modeling teams, and assisting in dispute resolution.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in credit operations or risk
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel and risk systems, and clear communication
- Able to perform under pressure and collaborate effectively across teams
