Job Description
We are seeking a professional Front Desk Staff member to serve as the first point of contact for visitors. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phone calls, managing appointments, performing basic administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming reception area. Candidates must hold a high school diploma, demonstrate strong communication and customer-service skills, possess basic computer literacy (email and scheduling software), and be punctual and well organized.
