Job Description
We are seeking a Ministry Operations Coordinator to manage daily administrative and operational tasks in support of ministry programs. Key duties include coordinating schedules, overseeing facility logistics, maintaining records and databases, assisting with budgeting and procurement, supporting event planning, and coordinating volunteers. The position requires a minimum of two years’ administrative experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with standard office software, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to prioritize competing demands. Experience in nonprofit or faith-based operations is preferred. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-focused, and collaborative.
