Job Description
Merit Abode invites qualified Sales Executives to develop and execute effective real estate marketing strategies that generate qualified traffic and increase sales. The role requires close collaboration with the Sales Team to launch and implement campaigns, identification of market trends and opportunities, and the planning and management of marketing, sales, advertising, and promotional events.
- Supervise the media team to produce engaging content and oversee all marketing materials (website banners, flyers, brochures).
- Measure and report campaign performance with direct correlation to sales.
- Requirements: graduate with 4–5 years of marketing experience; real estate industry knowledge is an advantage.
- Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦70,00 – ₦150,00 per month.
