Job Description
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Event Management & Décor operations. The role directs event planning, creative décor, budgeting, vendor relations, staffing, and on-site execution. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in event production, demonstrated leadership, client-facing experience, P&L responsibility, and proficiency with project management tools.
- Lead and develop teams; ensure quality and safety compliance
- Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor negotiations
- Deliver outstanding client experiences and resolve operational issues
