Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, formulate and execute growth strategies, and maximize revenue. You will set clear targets, coach and mentor representatives, manage key accounts, and analyze sales performance using data-driven insights. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales management experience, strong leadership, excellent communication skills, CRM proficiency, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
