Job Description
MOTA-ENGIL seeks an experienced Heavy Equipment Trainer for a major rail construction project in Nigeria. The trainer will plan and deliver classroom and hands-on instruction for excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and dumpers; enforce safe operation and basic maintenance; assess trainees and maintain reports and attendance records; supervise drills, report equipment faults, and coordinate with HSE and Operations.
- Requirements: proven operator/technician background, training experience preferred, strong safety and maintenance knowledge, clear communication skills, and availability for Nigeria rotation.
