Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Telemarketing Supervisor to oversee daily telemarketing operations, drive team performance, and ensure sales targets are met. You will monitor call quality and CRM data accuracy, coach agents to improve conversion rates, and manage escalated customer issues. The role requires setting and tracking daily, weekly, and monthly goals, preparing performance reports, and implementing process improvements to boost productivity and maintain a positive team environment.
- Requirements: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree; proven telemarketing or call center supervisory experience.
- Skills: strong leadership, sales and customer engagement, performance monitoring, coaching, time management, and proficiency with CRM and basic computer applications.
