Job Description
Yesil Consults seeks an experienced, visionary Managing Director to lead its Consumer Finance House. The MD will define and implement strategic plans, oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage risk and the consumer lending portfolio, and mentor senior management. Required: proven consumer finance experience, strong leadership and operational capabilities, strategic thinking, and financial expertise. The successful candidate will be results-oriented, skilled at scaling operations, and committed to delivering sustained portfolio growth while maintaining disciplined risk management.
