Job Description
JP MANDIS LTD seeks a full-time Video Specialist to produce high-quality real estate visuals that generate inquiries and strengthen brand credibility. The role includes property, inspection and event shooting; editing short-form and long-form videos; creating Reels, TikToks and Shorts; applying motion graphics, captions, music and branding; managing cameras, lighting and audio; archiving media; and meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable portfolio of real estate or commercial video work
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut or CapCut; basic After Effects
- Experienced with DSLR/mirrorless cameras or high-end mobile devices
Compensation: ₦150,00/month.
