Job Description
PWAN Group is hiring a full-time Customer Service Executive based in Marwa, Lekki, Lagos. The successful candidate will manage high-volume inbound calls, generate leads, assess customer needs, build and maintain relationships, resolve complaints calmly, keep accurate records, and achieve sales and call targets.
- Qualifications: B.Sc or HND; minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Skills: excellent phone and email etiquette, strong verbal and written communication, calm complaint handling; MS Office proficiency is a plus.
