Job Description
Staffora Global is hiring a full-time, shift-based Online Customer Service Representative in the Sangotedo/Ajah area. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via email, chat, and social media; resolving customer issues; providing product information; recommending services; and escalating complex cases. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree, have 1–2 years of customer service experience (telecom preferred), possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and reside in the Sangotedo/Ajah axis. Required skills: CRM proficiency, Microsoft Office, strong customer orientation, and problem-solving ability. Schedule includes shifts with two days off weekly.
