Job Description
The Chief Strategy and Risk Officer will lead corporate strategy, enterprise risk management, and strategic planning to drive sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include developing long-term strategic plans, identifying and assessing enterprise risks, designing mitigation frameworks, aligning cross-functional initiatives, advising the CEO and board, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with department heads to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
- Oversee ERM, scenario planning, and risk reporting.
- Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership and the board.
Requirements: 10+ years in strategy, risk, or finance; proven leadership; strong analytical and communication skills; ERM and scenario-planning experience. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. Reports to the CEO.
