Job Description
Uleval Technology seeks a full-time General Personnel Officer in Ikeja, Lagos to manage essential HR functions across healthcare, oil & gas, transportation, real estate, and communications. Responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, benefits administration and payroll support, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor law, training coordination, record keeping, and HR reporting. The role serves as the primary contact for staff issues and supports managers with policy interpretation and development planning.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Effective problem solving, knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Proficiency with HR information systems
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
