Job Description
Joes & Eves seeks a full-time Customer Sales Representative to serve as the salon’s first point of contact in Lekki. Compensation: ₦100,00/month. Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.
Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing phone, WhatsApp and online bookings, confirming appointments, responding to service and promotion inquiries, processing payments, maintaining basic records, and escalating issues when necessary.
Qualified candidates have prior customer service experience (beauty or hospitality preferred), excellent communication and multitasking skills, basic computer and social media proficiency, and a friendly, client-focused demeanor.
