Job Description
Heritage Kidney and Medical Care seeks an experienced Human Resources professional to lead recruitment, staffing, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and compensation & benefits. This full-time, permanent role in Abuja requires strategic oversight of hiring strategies, interviews, conflict resolution, disciplinary action, appraisal systems, coaching, training, and labor law compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and workforce planning; advise executives on talent and succession matters.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and salary benchmarking.
- Minimum 5 years of proven HR experience required.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, sound judgment, and a commitment to maintaining a compliant, high-performance workplace.
