Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and optimize store profitability. Responsibilities include staff scheduling and training, inventory control, enforcing quality and safety standards, budgeting and reporting, and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Qualifications: Minimum 3 years in retail or F&B management; proven track record in meeting sales targets; strong leadership and communication skills.
- Skills: Budgeting, reporting, team development, and flexibility to work varied hours.
