Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO in a fast-paced corporate environment. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, meeting preparation, confidential correspondence, stakeholder communication, and project coordination.
- Minimum 3 years supporting senior executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills
- Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and calendar tools
- Ability to prioritize, solve problems independently, and adapt to changing priorities
