Job Description
We are seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure high customer satisfaction, and drive local sales performance. The role includes supervising staff, managing schedules, controlling inventory, enforcing company policies, preparing operational and financial reports, and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic finance knowledge and problem-solving ability
