Job Description
Prixair Group Ltd seeks an experienced Hotel Manager to direct all hotel operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include leading front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and security teams; recruiting, training, and scheduling staff; managing budgets, inventory, and financial performance; ensuring health, safety, and regulatory compliance; resolving escalated guest issues; monitoring daily reports and KPIs; and coordinating with suppliers.
- Qualifications: relevant hospitality education and demonstrable hotel management experience preferred
- Skills: strong leadership, staff development, excellent communication and customer service, budgeting, reporting, and problem-solving
- Type & Salary: Full-time; ₦120,00–₦200,00 per month
