Job Description
Joes & Eves is seeking a results-driven Direct Sales Agent to identify and engage prospective customers via field visits, calls, and referrals. The role involves promoting and selling products and services, explaining features, benefits, and pricing, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, tracking activities, and submitting daily and weekly reports.
Qualifications: OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing or a related field; prior direct/field sales or customer-facing experience preferred; target-oriented with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Compensation: ₦80,00/month plus commission on each sale and performance bonuses. Job Type: Full-time.
