Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Bar & Floor Manager to oversee daily bar and dining-floor operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and effective team coordination.
- Manage staff rosters, supervise service standards, control inventory and cash handling, and maintain safety and cleanliness.
- Train team members, address guest concerns, and coordinate closely with the kitchen and management.
- Maintain basic accounting records and enforce operational procedures.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years in a hospitality supervisory role, strong leadership and communication skills, basic accounting ability, and willingness to work nights and weekends. Hospitality certification is advantageous.
