Job Description
Lead finance process improvement initiatives to optimize month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls. Analyze workflows, identify gaps, and implement automation and best practices across Accounting, Treasury, and FP&A. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, train stakeholders, and establish KPIs to realize cost savings, enhance accuracy, and shorten cycle times.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years’ experience in finance transformation or process improvement
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience
- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
