Job Description
Location: Lekki Phase 1. Full-time, Monday–Friday. Salary: ₦150,00–₦180,00/month.
- Manage building operations and maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security), preventive maintenance scheduling, and vendor relationships.
- Oversee safety protocols, access control, routine inspections, emergency response, budget monitoring, and coordination of contractors and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Facility or Estate Management (or related field), 3–5 years’ hands-on facility management experience, strong technical knowledge of building systems, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
