Job Description
Elevated HR Limited is seeking an experienced Lounge Manager to oversee daily lounge operations and uphold high service standards. You will lead and develop servers, bartenders, and support staff; manage scheduling, training, and performance; and control inventory and liquor procedures. Additional responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness and safety, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and supporting promotions, menu planning, documentation, and financial monitoring. Prior experience as a Lounge Manager is required. Compensation: N200,00 per month.
