Job Description
The Sales Executive will generate leads, present properties, negotiate offers, and close sales to achieve BRIT PROPERTIES’ targets. Responsibilities include prospecting via networking and cold calling, conducting site visits and virtual tours, maintaining the CRM lead database, coordinating marketing activities, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and assisting clients with documentation and loan support.
- Proven experience in real estate or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends; CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Self-motivated, target-driven; valid driving license if required
